The 2023 Schedule
As this is written the schedule continues to be built out and is coming together steady and strong. We’ll acknowledge there are still some spaces to fill in but what we’ve got so far is looking great. This year there is a more concerted effort to have both mid morning and later morning tee times, as we know earlier tee times are a popular request. We start off strong at Bulle Rock and the beat goes on from there with visits to many of the Philadelphia area’s finest public courses.
Memberships
A full GTGP membership is offered at the same price as it has been for about 15 years or more. We are now in the second year of offering the associate membership level for the less frequent GTGP golfer. That’s $30 less. Not sure which you want? It’s OK to switch levels before the season gets too far along.
GTGP Board
There are no changes to our 5 member board. We’ve added to that a small tiger team of members who will provide some needed day-of-event support to ensure smooth running events.
Competitions
Weekly and seasonal prizes are built around our low new stroke play competitions. Each week the 1st 2nd and 3rd low net players win prize money. $5 of your entry fee is dedicated to the weekly awards. We are alway thinking to add some variety to the competitions so stay tuned for any special competitions.
Things that are not new
Scoring via golf genius, event registration via the web site, CTP and Skins games, friendships, 19th hole visits, great golf ….there is a long list of stuff we hope stays just the same! See you on the course.
