The Majors: Bulle Rock, Wyncote, Golden Oaks, and Lederach
Signature Events: Opening Day and Tour Championship Round 1. TC Round 2 is at the majors point level.
The Tour Championship: Players may play in either or both tour championship rounds. There will be prizes for each round, and there will be prizes for the combined 2-round event.
Weekly and Season Long Point Systems
The point system values and distribution for all finishing places are modeled off what’s now on the PGA Tour. They are updated to the new PGA Tour distributions for 2024. (PGA Tour added in the Signature level in 2024.) There are Regular, Signature and Major Events. Regular starts at 500 points for 1st; Signature, 700 points for 1st; Majors, 750 points for 1st. GTGP also adjusts based on strength of field. So for example a regular event will move up to Signature level if the strength of field calls for it.
Strength (size) of field values worked pretty well in 2024 for us. We’ll keep things going as is.
*Match Play in October: Players must qualify via the season long point race. The point race as of the end of the regular season on September 13 determines the match play qualifiers. The point race continues through the Tour Championship for all other season long awards. Exact dates to be set well in advance.
The first tee time of the day is listed with times running for 60 to 90 minutes typically. Price is base price. Add $5 or $10 for the optional CTP and skins pools. Less for walking and seniors, where available.
