Pat Tonrey’s net 69 (79 gross) was the winning score. Shawn McDonald’s eagle on 11 got him into a tie with Pat, but Pat won the tiebreaker.

Prizes
1st, 2nd, 3rd place prizes, CTP, and Skins all go to credits for future rounds. We’re not doing the cash envelopes this year as the treasurer is not expected to be at all rounds, and to save some effort too. (Of course those cash envelopes were for side bets only, this being an amateur league.) Guests can get cash for skins and CTP.
1st, 2nd, 3rd place payouts are a little different this year. They are fixed amounts and not prorated to the number of players. Payouts are higher for majors and special events.
Tiebreakers
Tiebreaking is USGA (last 9, 6, 3, 1 holes). So that’s for both points and prizes. I think we will continue with that as the policy. We used to tiebreak the prizes but not the points. It would be possible but difficult to have different tie breaking policies for prizes and points.
Points
Point system is the same as it was in 2018 for the season long race.
Scoring Notes
A few minor scoring corrections since Saturday:
- We bumped up the payouts for Back Creek as a kickoff event
- Par for holes #1 & #2 were listed incorrectly on the scorecards and that threw off all scoring statistics relative to par.
- Needed to remove some golfers from the Skins pool who DNP due to weather. That affected the payouts.
- Added CTP results
